Purpose
The purpose of the Quality Improvement Plan is to facilitate that quality services are provided in a safe, effective, compliant, individual-centered, timely, equitable, and recovery-oriented manner.  Quality services are designed to promote quality care through an ongoing objective and systematic assessment and the correction of identified problems.

The function of the Quality Improvement Committee is to access, analyze, and promote quality care for our individuals; to recommend specific or general corrective action plans; to follow up on problem correction and implement service delivery; and programmatic changes.

The scope of this plan does not supersede applicable Federal/State laws and administrative rules.
